ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Orders are accepted subject to delay caused by strikes, accidents, deliveries from our suppliers and/or any other conditions beyond our control.

PRICE
Possession of this price list does not obligate GRIP-RITE CARPET ACCESSORIES LTD. to sell any of its products listed herein to anyone. Prices are subject to change without notice.

PAYMENT TERMS Net 30 Days to established credit accounts and as stated on the Invoice. Past due accounts are subject to 2% interest per month (24% per annum).

FREIGHT As noted on Price Pages herein and/or as noted on Invoice.

RETURNS Returns of any products will not be accepted unless specific authorization is given by GRIP-RITE CARPET ACCESSORIES LTD. In the exception where materials are faulty or an error has been made in shipping the order, any returned material must be shipped Freight Prepaid, and will be credited on the basis of Invoice Value less 20%. If returned material is accepted, it must be in good condition for further resale. Special ordered materials are not returnable.

WARRANTY GRIP-RITE CARPET ACCESSORIES LTD. warrants that these products are of merchantable quality and suitable for the purpose for which they are intended BUT DOES NOT MAKE ANY OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

The liability of GRIP-RITE CARPET ACCESSORIES LTD. under this warranty shall be limited to replacement of its product found to be defective or, at its option, a refund of the purchase price.
